If your venue is within 50 km of our warehouse and pickup is scheduled before midnight, our delivery, setup, and pickup services are complimentary. - If your venue is outside our complimentary radius or pickup is scheduled after midnight, we will confirm exact fees in our booking confirmation email.
- Your order will be confirmed upon availability verification and receipt of full payment. We'll contact you within 24 hours to confirm availability and provide the total balance due. Payment will be settled via email money transfer, and a final booking confirmation will be sent.
